"Kept waiting with no real help"
I was told they’d get back to me quickly, but I ended up waiting days for a reply. When they finally responded, it was barely helpful and didn’t really answer my question. Frustrating when they make promises about support and then don’t follow through.

"Shockingly good for the price"
This feels way better made than I expected for what I paid. No real complaints from me. If anything, I blame whoever runs this for setting the bar higher than usual at this price point.

"Decent selection, but it could be better"
The range is alright overall, but I did feel like there could’ve been more options to choose from. What they have is decent, and it seems fair enough for the price, but if you’re going to give customers a good experience, I think it’s only right to offer a bit more variety.

"I ordered this expecting the usual waiting..."
I ordered this expecting the usual waiting game, but it showed up way faster than I thought. The tracking came through quickly too, which I appreciated because I hate sitting around wondering where my stuff is. No delays, no nonsense, happy with how fast it got here.

"Something feels a little off"
I’m not saying it’s definitely shady, but I didn’t really get a great feeling from it. The whole thing felt a bit sketchy to me, like they maybe weren’t being totally upfront about everything.

I ordered from Harben House and was mainly hoping the delivery wouldn’t turn into a headache. They sent the tracking quickly, and the package did actually arrive on the day they said it would.

The box looked fine and nothing was missing or damaged, so that part was smooth. I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality until I’ve used the item more, but as far as the delivery goes, I can’t really complain

I was able to return the item without much trouble, but the refund took longer than I expected. What was frustrating was that the next steps weren’t really clear, so I wasn’t sure if I needed to do anything else or just wait. It all worked out eventually, but the process could definitely be more straightforward.

Harbenhouse did a good job keeping me updated throughout the process, especially whenever something changed. Replies weren’t always instant, but from the tone of their messages, I got the impression they were on top of things and not just brushing me off. I always knew what was going on, so overall I’d say the communication was good
